Welcome to our web area for students interesting in volunteering. Whether you are interested in starting volunteering or youve been doing it for years theres something for you here.
While SVS does not itself act as a volunteer referral agency, or operate its own database of opportunities, we are here to sign-post you to the places that do. Why not try Scotland's national Volunteer Centre Opportunity Database and find the volunteering opportunity youve been looking for available in your local area?
If you are already involved as a student volunteer, support may be available from your institution or Students Association.
Find out about the Student Volunteering Gold Awards or the MV Awards to get recognition for the volunteering youve been doing.
If youre a little bit more adventurous you could find out about how to set up your own volunteering project which could be nearly anything and were here to help you every step of the way - Contact Us for advice.
