MV (Formerly Millennium Volunteers) is a program for volunteers aged 16-25. The program is run by Volunteer Development Scotland and the Volunteer Centres in each local authority. Volunteers can gain an MV Award for completing 50, 100 or 200 hours of volunteering. The volunteering doesnt have to all be at the same organisation and the award is signed by a member of the Scottish Executive. For 200 hours, the award is signed by the First Minister.
